General Description: The City Attorney Jim Forsyth, with Newton & Forsyth Law Office, provides legal guidance and support for elected City officials, City departments, boards and commissions in the conduct of City business.  The City Attorney prosecutes traffic and City Code Violations occurring within the City of Anthony.

MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE   Back to the Top
General Description:  The City of Anthony Municipal Court Judge, Richard Befort, presides over all Municipal traffic and city code violations.  Municipal Court resides in the City Commission Room located at the City Offices, 124 S. Bluff, every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.
