Many Successful people have learned the value of basing their operations in a small Kansas community such as Anthony, Kansas, where the cost of living and overhead expenses are low, work ethic is strong and pace of life is a little slower.  With near record low interest rates this is a great time to purchase a recreational, residential or retirement property.  Kansas was rated the #1 state in the nation in a recent report in Forbes magazine evaluating where to locate new businesses or subsidiaries.

Forbes Magazine published in their May 24 issue that Kansas

is at the top of their list for "Where the Opportunities Are".

Kansas scored number one with its respect for property rights - less

income redistribution and less tort litigation.  The Kansas Legislature's

consideration for bills "exempting custom software from sales taxes'

and eliminating the state franchise tax for most businesses:

brought Kansas to the lead.

The Pacific Research Institute from Public Police in San Francisco
