Building Specifications
Location: One-half mile north of Anthony, Kansas on the east side of K-2 Highway.
Size: 80' wide (N&S) by 100' long (E&W); end beams of East end length to accommodate expansion; 16' eave height.
Type: Pre-engineered steel frame building with by-pass gurts, steel 26 gauge exterior siding.
Site: Building sits on approximately six acres.
Stemwall footing: 3500 p.s.i. concrete, trenched footing 8' x 24' with 1/2' rebar uprights 2' on center and 2 rows 1/2' rebar horizontal 12" on center.
Main frame pads: Main frame pads, reinforcement and bolts according to pre-engineered building manufacturer specifications - provide owner with plan.
Loading: In conformance with the UBC, the roof live load will be 20 lbs. per s.f. and the wall wind load will be 90 m.p.h., and the roof will have U.L. 90 uplift rating.
Cover: Roof 26 gaurge galvalume dura-rib; walls 26 gauge colored galvanized dura-rib.
Insulation: Roof insulated with 4: fiberglass blanket white AVG facing; walls insulated with 3" fiberglass blanket white AVG facing.
Accessories: 6" heavy duty gutters and 4" x 6" down spouts; two (2) 3' x 7' walk through doors with mortise locks; two (2) 14' x 14' framed overhead door openings, exterior sided subject to following Alternate.
Overhead doors: two (2) 14' X 14' 24 gauge steel overhead doors, vinyl backed polystyrene insulated, 2" standard tract, manual open.
