Special Meeting

The Board of Commissioners of the City of Anthony, Kansas met in Special Session at 1:45 p.m. with Mayor Barbara Muse presiding and the following Commissioners present: Hall, Tedder, Hammersmith, and Dickey. Absent: None. Also present were Don Heidrick, City Clerk/Administrator and Jim Forsyth, City Attorney.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mayor Muse made the motion that the City Commission go into Executive Session for 30 minutes for discussion with non-elected personnel, Attorney/Client privilege, and Employee Agreement.

At 11:05 a.m., the City Commission room was cleared with the City Administrator and City Attorney remaining. At 11:35 a.m., the Mayor called the meeting back into regular session. No decisions were made.

Mayor Muse made the motion that the City Commission go into Executive Session for 25 minutes for discussion with non-elected personnel, Attorney/Client privilege, and Employee Agreement.

At 11:35 a.m., the City Commission room was cleared with the City Administrator and City Attorney remaining. At 12:00 p.m., the Mayor called the meeting back into regular session. No decisions were made.

Mayor Muse made the motion that the City Commission go into Executive Session for 25 minutes for discussion with non-elected personnel.

At 12:00 p.m., the City Commission room was cleared with the City Administrator remaining. At 12:05 p.m., the Mayor called the meeting back into regular session. No decisions were made.

WAGE INCREASE

Commissioner Hall made the motion that the City increase hourly wages for Donna Crowe to $12.50 per hour and Robert Holcomb to $12.00 an hour. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Dickey. Motion carried.

Mayor Muse made the motion that the City Commission meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Tedder. Motion carried.
