Special Meeting

The Board of Commissioners of the City of Anthony, Kansas met in Special Session at 1:45 p.m. with Mayor Barbara Muse presiding and the following Commissioners present: Hall, Tedder, Hammersmith, and Dickey. Absent: None. Also present were Don Heidrick, City Clerk/Administrator, Jim Forsyth, City Attorney, and Kurtis Jacobs.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mayor Muse made the motion that the City Commission go into Executive Session for 30 minutes for discussion for non-elected personnel, and Attorney/Client privilege. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Dickey. Motion carried.

At 2:27 p.m., the City Commission room was cleared with Don Heidrick, City Administrator; Jim Forsyth, City Attorney; and Kurtis Jacobs remaining. At 2:57 p.m., Jim Forsyth, Kurtis Jacobs and Don Heidrick stepped out and the Mayor called the meeting back into regular session. No decisions were made.

At 3:30 p.m., the City Commission room was cleared with Don Heidrick, City Administrator; Jim Forsyth, City Attorney; and Kurtis Jacobs remaining. At 3:40 p.m., Kurtis Jacobs stepped out and the Mayor called the meeting back into regular session. No decisions were made.

At 3:40 p.m., the City Commission room was cleared with Don Heidrick, City Administrator; and Jim Forsyth, City Attorney remaining. At 3:50 p.m., the Mayor called the meeting back into regular session. No decisions were made.

Mayor Muse made the motion that the City Commission Meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Hammersmith. Motion carried.
