Special Meeting

The Board of Commissioners of the City of Anthony, Kansas met in Special session at 8:30 a.m. with Mayor Barbara Muse presiding and the following Commissioners present: Hall, Tedder, and Hammersmith. Absent: Dickey. Don Heidrick, City Clerk/Administrator.

Mayor Barbara Muse gave the Invocation.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mayor Muse made the motion for the City Commission to go into Executive Session for one hour for discussion with non-elected personnel. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Hall. Motion carried.

At 8:35 a.m., the City Commission room was cleared with the City Clerk/Administrator remaining. At 9:35 a.m. The meeting was called back into regular session. No decisions were made.

Mayor muse made the motion for the City Commission to go into Executive Session for 25 minutes for discussion with non-elected personnel. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Hall. Motion carried.

At 9:35 a.m., the City Commission room was cleared with the City Clerk/Administrator remaining. At 10:00 a.m., the meeting was called back into regular session. No decisions were made.

Mayor Muse made the motion that the City Commission meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Tedder. Motion carried.
