The Board of Commissioners of the City of Anthony, Kansas met in special session at 4:00 p.m. with Mayor Barbara Muse presiding and the following Commissioners present: Dickey, Hammersmith, Hall, and Tedder. Absent: None. Also present were Don Heidrick, City Clerk/Administrator; and Grant Sechler, City Superintendent.

TRANSFER OF LAKE LEASE FOR LOT 5W

Commissioner Hammersmith made the motion that the City approves the Lake Lease transfer for Lot # 5W from Kathy L. Malone Revocable Trust dated 9-26-94 to Frank L. Thompson. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hall. Motion carried.

Mayor Muse made the motion that the City Commission Meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Tedder. Motion carried.
