    Sale is for the lease of one separate unimproved Anthony Lake Lot.

Requirements:

    1.  Buyers shall rely on their own information, judgment and inspection of the property.

    2.  Buyer shall comply with Anthony Lake lease, all ordinances and building codes of the City of Anthony,        

         and all applicable federal or state laws or regulations.

    3.  Lease sold "As Is", first come, first serve basis, and not sold contingent to obtaining financing.

    4.  Terms:  $10,000.00 sale price.

          20% non-refundable deposit on signing of contract.

          Balance due upon signing of the lease no later than thirty (30) days after signing of contract.

    5.  Principal structure must be completed and certificate of occupancy for said structure is required

         within  five (5) years of the signing of the lease or said lease shall terminate.

    6.  Buyer is responsible for real estate and personal property taxes, annual lease fee.
